Fresh herbs at Hatta Oasis
I love eating fresh produce from the Middle East. It seems that the separation from other farmland created by Oasis and the inhospitable climate most of the year kill off the pests. The fresh herbs taste wonderful. The photo shows mint growing luxuriously.
